as the artist, reserve the right to decline a commission request or client for any reason

i reserve the right to post the work on social media for promotional purposes. the client may opt-out for a fee₁

if i cannot complete a commission for any reason, i will communicate that to the client and give a full or partial refund.

when commissioning me, please be as detailed as possible with what you want! it helps a ton, i have crazy brain fog 𖹭

all commissions are my own artwork drawn to the best of my ability

the commission will be delivered as a .png file at 300dpi, size varies. i typically start out with a 4x6in canvas and crop or extend as needed; a specific size, resolution, or format may be requested₂

i retain copyright to each and every image i create.

commissioned artworks, custom designs, and adopted designs made by me are for personal use only. commercial use is only available through discussion & additional payment

under no circumstance will my artwork and designs be used to train genAI algorithms, mint NFTS, or anything related.

the client may print or make merchandise of the work for personal use only. the commissioned work may not be used to make a profit.

do not edit or modify my work. if you have commissioned me in the past and would like to update with small design changes, message me, we can work something out :)

the client may not claim the artwork as their own, or claim that it was made by someone other than myself.

the client can share the work on social media only if proper credit is given; whether that be a link to one of my socials on the main page or directly tagging me @cherryholic

do not remove the watermark or post the artwork without the watermark.

i will not take rush orders. no exceptions.

turnaround time can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks on average. i will keep you posted for any life events causing delays

i will keep in touch with you throughout my drawing process to allow for feedback and any needed edits₃

asking for updates is welcomed, and encouraged! but please allow up to a week for a response. after 5-7+ days of silence, feel free to message again

any revisions during the sketch phase are free; anything past that will come with a fee per each revision.

mistakes made by me will be fixed for free, no matter the phase.

i am not responsible for any unsatisfaction with the artwork if you did not communicate any needed changes.

payments can be made in USD via paypal, venmo, ko-fi, or steam gift cards.

when using paypal, the client can choose to be invoiced by me or send payment through goods & services. tipping to cover any fees is appreciated, but not required.

the client can choose to pay in full at the beginning or half at the start and half after sketching. the end product will not be delivered until full payment is received.

cancellations and full refunds are only available before i start the commisson.

no refunds after i have started working

at my discretion, a partial refund can be given if i am unable to finish the commission for whatever reason.

1. the piece may still be shared in private messages or a private discord server between me and my friends, but will not be public. if this still bothers you, let me know.

2. i cannot guarantee a specific size depending on how the commission goes, but i'll try to keep it as close as possible in ratio. also, the only other available format for request is .jpg/.jpeg

3. once in a blue moon, i'll do a piece of artwork in one or two sittings. if i've made a bunch a progress and accidentally go to far without checking in with you, i'll waive any fees that would have been charged for modifications.
